Once you've come to all three of the levels, you'll earn the title of Fortitude Lifer, receive a certificate of completion, a free Fortitude t-shirt, AND (the most important part) be able to continue to attend any and all available Fortitude Defense: Self-Defense for Women (Embolden, Equip, Empower) classes whenever you'd like at no additional cost. We'll be teaching boys and girls ages 7-13 and their parents/caregivers about personal safety!
This 1.5-hour, hands-on class will cover not being an easy target, how to handle bullies, online safety, tricky people, safety tips in public places and scary situations, etc.
