You are welcome and safe here as we learn the most important rule to self defense is to be situationally aware and avoid an altercation happening in the first place. Depending on which level you're coming for, we'll be going over techniques like defenses for wrist and ponytail grabs, ground defense, as well as how to escape from chokes or incapacitate someone if it comes to it.
