Hour and a half class that will give you a kickstart into being able to protect yourself as you go out on your own. Hair grab defenses, wrist grab defenses, rape defense, striking, and most importantly, key situational awareness tips.

Review of Level 1: EMBOLDEN
Experience more advanced scenarios & techniques, i.e., defenses against chokes against the wall, back mount, lapel grabs, etc.
2 hour, hands-on workshop. I'm excited and I know you'll love it. In the meantime before your this class, bring a new friend and come for FREE with them to any Level 1's on the schedule so you're even more prepared to add on!
