Join us for our SECOND ANNUAL HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE AGE ONLY self-defense class! Space is limited and interest is high so sign up ASAP. This class will be shorter than a typical Fortitude class, at an hour and a half in length but at only $25. Our goal is to provide you with a kickstart into being able to protect yourself as you go out on your own. Talking points as well as defense techniques are thoughtfully selected from each of our Fortitude Defense: "Self-Defense for Women - Embolden. Equip. Empower." series, focusing specifically on situations you may face as a high school or college aged female and how to handle them. De-escalation, Hair grab defenses, Wrist Grab defenses, Rape defense, Striking, and most importantly, Key Situational Awareness tips. We only offer this once a year so snag your spot!
