    • How to properly base and strike
  • Gain the knowledge and skills to walk confidently and create eye contact to deter a predator
  •  2 hour hands-on workshop

EQUIP: Level 2

You’ve taken Level 1: EMBOLDEN and want to learn more! We got you. In Level 2: EQUIP, we amp it up a bit. Building off Level 1, this workshop focuses on:

  • Review of Level 1: EMBOLDEN
  • Experience more advanced scenarios & techniques, i.e.:
    • More Complex Wrist Grab Defenses
    • Rear Bear Hug (arms free) Defense
    • Mata Leon (rear choke) Defense
    • Shirt Grab w/ Punch Defense
    • Wall Strangle Defense
    • Back Mount Defense
    • How to complete a Hoodie Choke
    • How to properly base and strike
  • 2 hour, hands-on workshop
  • Upon completion, you’ll have access to instructional videos to keep practicing what you learned on your own PLUS unlimited FREE Levels 1 & 2: EMBOLDEN & EQUIP– Just bring a new friend each time!!

EMPOWER: Level 3

You’ve taken Level 1: EMBOLDEN & Level 2: EQUIP. We’ve covered the importance of avoidance and escaping, including many practical options of how to protect yourself physically. In Level 3: EMPOWER, you will now learn how to subdue someone, should you need to. In Level 3, you’re the dominant factor in the fight. Here’s some of what you’ll see:

  • Maintaining Side Control
  • Submitting using the Kimura (arm break)
  • Submitting using the Guillotine Choke
  • Knife Defense/Offense
  • Maintaining Mount Control
  • Submitting using the T-shirt Choke
  • Upon completion, you’ll have access to instructional videos to keep practicing what you learned on your own PLUS unlimited FREE Levels 1, 2 & 3: EMBOLDEN, EQUIP & EMPOWER– Because we see the importance of continued practice and want to make it as easy for you to access as we can!
