DESCRIPTION:Join us for our SECOND ANNUAL HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE AGE ONLY self-defense class! Space is limited and interest is high so sign up ASAP. This class will be shorter than a typical Fortitude class\, at an hour and a half in length but at only $25. Our goal is to provide you with a kickstart into being able to protect yourself as you go out on your own. Talking points as well as defense techniques are thoughtfully selected from each of our Fortitude Defense: “Self-Defense for Women – Embolden. Equip. Empower.” series\, focusing specifically on situations you may face as a high school or college aged female and how to handle them. De-escalation\, Hair grab defenses\, Wrist Grab defenses\, Rape defense\, Striking\, and most importantly\, Key Situational Awareness tips. We only offer this once a year so snag your spot! We cannot wait to see you there.
